COWSLIP (PRIMULA VERIS)

ABOUT COWSLIP (PRIMULA VERIS)

It’s one of the first plants that appear after a long winter in spring. The flowers of the cowslip are of a bright yellow color. You may get a burn, collecting the leaves of the plant with your bare hands. Your hands may become red and stung. But it doesn’t always happen. It’s difficult to find the reason of this process. However, the compensation for your slight irritation will be a healthy herbal collection in the most active phase.

HOW TO USE COWSLIP

Cowslip leaves are an excellent source of vitamins. They can be eaten mixed with mayonnaise or sour cream.
