HOMEMADE SCRUBS RECIPES
Scrubs are necessary to remove old skin scales faster and let new cells to be formed. We suggest you some basic scrubs, which can be used for face, body skin and even lips. You can experiment with ingredients, as they are natural and safe.
Mix dried and roasted coffee grounds with yogurt or heavy cream (1:3). Massage the skin with this mixture for 2-5 minutes.
Result: Soft and gentle skin.
SCRUB WITH SALT AND SODA
After a bath or shower massage your face with circular motion for 1-3 minutes with a damp cotton pad dipped in common salt or baking soda.
Result: The skin is smooth, pores are cleaned and tightened.
Grind oat flakes (or just mash them with a spoon in a glass), add water or milk and mix the components to the state of a homogeneous slurry. Massage your skin with this scrub for 1-2 minutes.
Result: The skin is soft and smooth.
SALT BODY SCRUB
After a bath or shower massage the skin with sea salt mixing it with olive oil (or any you prefer). Salt crystals exfoliate skin, freeing it from contamination. Using natural oils, you don’t need to moisturize the skin after bath or shower.
Result: Clean and soft skin.
