HOW TO INCREASE HEMOGLOBIN
If you often feel fatigue, weakness and loss of appetite, you may have anemia. Along with medications you can use folk remedies.
Take equal proportions of honey, walnuts, raisins and dried apricots. Grind or just cut into small pieces all the ingredients. Mix all components with honey. Keep this vitamin mixture on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Take 1-3 tbsp. in the morning or after meals.
MIXTURE OF JUICES
Mix 100 ml of beet and 100 ml of carrot fresh juices. Drink this mixture once a day. However, if you can not tolerate beet juice, start with a small amount of it and larger amount of carrot juice. If you feel good, you can gradually increase the amount of beet juice to 100 ml.
If you feel tired, or you are concerned about loss of appetite, include carrot in your diet. Take 1 medium carrot, shred it and mix with sour cream or vegetable oil.
HERBS AND BEET JUICE
Mix birch and common nettle leaves. Pour 2 tbsp. of the mixture with 2 cups of boiling water. Infuse at least one hour. Drain and add ⅓ cup of beet juice. Divide the drink into 4 parts, and drink during the day. It is best to take it 20 minutes before meals for 2 months.
