Is there a FAQ just about herbs?

No! We are only an online store, and only provide certain general information about herbs. It ‘s your responsibility; you should always consult a doctor before using any folk medicine herbs and tinctures.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Please call Customer Service at (916) 757-3335 (10:30 am - 4:00 pm EST) or email us at WellbeingHerbs@gmail.com to get a quote and place an international order.

All international orders must be done through email or phone. If you have placed and paid for your international order online, your order will be canceled, payment returned and one of our representatives will contact you via email on how you can place an international order.

Because of the higher shipping cost, we will email you separate online invoice, and once it's paid, your order will be fulfilled. Although we will do all the required customs paperwork, we are NOT responsible for customs clearance in your country.

Can you give me a shipping estimate?

Yes, we can! For any Domestic USA orders, you will see the exact shipping cost before you place your order in a “Check Out” section of the online shopping cart. For International orders please call Customer Serviceat (916) 757-3335 (10:30 am - 4:00 pm EST) to get a quote and place an international order.

Why the shipping cost to my country is so high?

Unfortunately International shipping cost is high. We do not make money on shipping cost, nor we can regulate shipping cost. The rates given are the lowest rates available for the service.

Can I look up information on my past orders?

If you made your order online using www.wellbeingherbs.com website, and created an account during the checkout process – you can! Please go to “My Account Information” Page, login and view your order history.

Can I track an order if I did not set up an account?

If your order was made online and shipped via USPS Priority Mail - Usually we would send an email with the tracking information that you can use to track your order. If you can't find the email, check your spam folders.

Why must I enter my credit card number every time I place an order?

This is for your security. We do not keep a record of your credit card number on our website or in any of our records. All transactions are handled by PayPal, a third party credit card processor.

I lost my password and/or username. Can you send it to me?

You can retrieve or reset your password from the “My Account Information” Page, using “Forgot My Password” link.
