• Sweet goldenrod, bean pods and heather blossoms – enable dissolution of stones in kidneys and prevents formation of new ones.
• Birch leaves and field horsetail tops – stimulates discharge of urine and prevents inflammations.
• Nettle leaves – improves condition of blood-vessels and provides needed iron and microelements to the body.

Directions:

Take 2 tablespoons of tea mixture, pour over 3 glasses of spring water, boil 2-3 minutes, allow to brew for 15-20 minutes, filter. For best results use for longer period of time – 1 cup of tea 3 times per day before meals.
