I've been using Swedish bitter with 11 herbs by Maria Treben recipe, for the pain in my broken leg. Results are amazing. My question is for how long can I use the Swedish bitter on daily basis? Do I need to make a break after 1 month?

    • Administrator

      Dear Monica,

If you are using Swedish Bitters internally, it's better if you take a one month break every 2 month. If you are using it externally, there is no limit how ofter you are using it, just make sure not to burn your skin.

  5. Gabrielle

Where do I get the Big Swedish Bitter please?

  6. Rivka Adam

In Maria Treben's book it says to let it stand 14 days in the sun or in warmth, in your description it should be in warm and dark place, and in the video in a dark cool place so I'm a bit confused, I live in a sunny warm place so I thought I could let it stand in the back yard when I read the book, now I'm not sure anymore. I'd appreciate a clarification.

    • Administrator

      Dear Rivka,

We have done studies and some herbs can loose some of it's strengths if they sit on direct sunlight or in a hot environment. Therefore we suggest to keep them in a warm and dark place like kitchen cabinet.

  7. Galina

What is the recommeded dose for taking the alcohol based solution?
Does it need to be before every meal or can it be once a day, increased dose?
    Thank you.

    • Administrator

Hello, it all depends on the health issues you have. If there are digestion issues, it's good to take Swedish Bitters 30 minutes before each meal. Always consult your doctor especially if you are using any medications.
