Rivka Adam –
Hello,
In Maria Treben's book it says to let it stand 14 days in the sun or in warmth, in your description it should be in warm and dark place, and in the video in a dark cool place so I'm a bit confused, I live in a sunny warm place so I thought I could let it stand in the back yard when I read the book, now I'm not sure anymore. I'd appreciate a clarification.
Administrator –
Dear Rivka,
We have done studies and some herbs can loose some of it's strengths if they sit on direct sunlight or in a hot environment. Therefore we suggest to keep them in a warm and dark place like kitchen cabinet.
Galina –
Hello,
What is the recommeded dose for taking the alcohol based solution?
Does it need to be before every meal or can it be once a day, increased dose?
Thank you.

Hello, it all depends on the health issues you have. If there are digestion issues, it's good to take Swedish Bitters 30 minutes before each meal. Always consult your doctor especially if you are using any medications.
