Methods of Payment: We process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards through PayPal. You can as well mail your check, cashiers check or money order in U.S. funds to our office.
Shipping & Handling: All our orders, domestic and international are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority mail. When you enter your order on this website, domestic and international shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
In the event that insufficient funds are provided, we will adjust merchandise quantity for money sent whenever possible, or if necessary, send a payment due form with your order.
Our Oils can only be shipped in USA and Canada. We do not ship Oils to Foreign Countries. If Order from Foreign Country is made for the Oils, we will refund the money and cancel the order, or send partial order without the oils.
We DO NOT Guarantee Custom Clearance of the Items shipped to Foreign Countries.
Claims for Damage, Shortages or Breakage
Please note that claims for damage, shortages or breakage must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. If you do not receive your order within 21 days, call our customer service department at (916) 836-5229 (10:30 am – 4:00 pm. EST) or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Claims for non-receipt of orders cannot be made after 1 month.
