Caraway is also known as cumin or meridian fennel. Its fruits are used as a spice and as healing components. The essential oil obtained from the fruits (seeds) of cumin stimulates the secretion of gastric juice and has relaxing effect. Cumin is one of the best plants that helps with bloating.


These fruits of flowering dill contain substances that has relaxing effect and help your digestion. To prepare the infusion with dill seed, mash thoroughly the fruits, then - pour them with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. When it’s ready - filter the infusion.
