You can easily cook a healthy tea from flowers of the hawthorn. Pour 3 tbsp. of flowers with 3 cups of boiling water, infuse for 15 minutes. Drink 1 glass 3 times a day.

Autumn fruits can be eaten without restriction. They are tasty and not poisonous. Hawthorn contains all the necessary for our heart trace elements such as copper, zinc, magnesium, organic acids and pectins. In winter, a decoction of dried fruit can be used as a restorative and soothing drink at the same time. The average dose is 12-15 grams of dried fruit a day. This amount equals a small handful.

HAWTHORN FRUIT DECOCTION

Pour hawthorn fruit with 0,5 liter of water and boil for 8-10 minutes. Drink the decoction during the day. Thick precipitate can be eaten.
