Hazelwort or wild ginger is a perennial plant. The form of the hazelwort leaves bears resemblance with hooves, but they are smaller. The plant grows in groups and forms a large, round, bright green lacquered "traces", 1-3m width. Hazelwort is clearly visible from afar on a gingery coniferous carpet. Hazelwort leaves, and especially its root have a strong aroma of camphor and pepper.

Pour 1 tsp. of dried root with a cup of boiling water. Cool the infusion. Take 1 tbsp. 2-3 times a day. For the treatment of alcoholism add it to the alcoholic drink. Do not exceed the dosage arbitrarily. It may lead to poisoning. Consult a doctor before usage.
