WHEN SHOULD WE DRINK THEM AND HOW USEFUL ARE THEY?

FENNEL TEA

You can use fennel rhizomes or seeds to cook this tea. It improves digestion, relieving bloating. Even infants can drink fennel tea. It also helps to treat coughs, colds and otitis.

STRAWBERRY LEAVES TEA

This tea purifies the blood and promotes hematopoiesis. Strawberry tea has soothing and tonic properties. You can add berries to the tea, making it more aromatic and delicious.

YARROW TEA

Pour 1 tsp. of yarrow herb with 1 cup of boiling water. Infuse for 5-10 minutes and drink (half a cup to treat gastritis). When having stomach pain, you can use mixture of chamomile and yarrow for cooking healing tea.

DANDELION TEA

This tea helps the liver to cope with stress, especially if you have been drinking alcohol, smoking or taking drugs. It is a great remedy for treating constipation and improving digestibility of nutrients from food.

LIME BLOSSOM TEA

This relaxing tea relieves anxiety and lowers blood pressure. Lime blossom tea is recommended for the relieving migraine. To prevent colds, drink two cups a day, adding honey. But do not repeat the procedure daily, as the tea has strong diaphoretic properties.

LAVENDER TEA

It calms the nervous system, aligns breath, promotes a sound sleep, invigorates people suffering from hypotension, relieves migraine and promotes detoxification.
