Distraction and constant memory problems are familiar to many of us - but not many focus on this problems. However, you can improve memory and attention at home, using different methods.

There are simple exercises that should be done after waking up in the morning (lying in the bed) for  7-10 minutes, pronouncing aloud, or at least in a whisper:

- say the letters of the alphabet, coming up with the word for each one. If you think for more than 15 seconds, skip this letter and move on;- count backwards from 100 to 1, as quickly as possible;

- name 20 women’s names, giving them the serial number (e.g. Mary- 1, Linda - 2, Sarah - 3 and so on). Do the same with men's names;

- name 20 names of products (bread, burgers, soup ...);

- name 20 words using the first letter only once, number each word (1-car, 2-elephant, dolphin-3 ...);

- count to 20 in any foreign language.


  1. Long-term (5-10 minutes) mouthwash has positive effect on the central nervous system.
  2. You diet should contain dried fruits, baked potatoes and apples, steamed carrots, cottage cheese, small piece of cheese every day, a slice of chocolate, vegetable salad with olive oil, 2 bananas a day, sunflower seeds, nuts.  Protein diet is very useful for improving memory.
  3. Regular consumption of blueberries has a beneficial effect not only on eyesight, it also improves memory. In summer eat a glass of blueberries a day, in winter use frozen berries. Eating them during the year, you will get rid of many health problems.
  4. To improve memory, it is necessary to brew 10 g of ginger root slices with 250ml of boiling water. You can add mint or lemon balm. Daily rate - 1-2 cups.
  5. You can also try gold treatment: pour gold jewelry without stones with 2 cups of water. Boil water, until the volume is reduced to half. Take 1 tsp. of the resulting solution 2-3 times a day. After 2 weeks "gold" water strengthens the heart muscle, and improves memory.
  6. Pour 1 tbsp. of inula roots with 0.5 l of vodka, infuse for 30 days, shaking occasionally. Drink 1 tbsp. 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals for a month.
