Although the most burning problem is suppressing appetite, sometimes it happens when we have to increase it. Of course we can pop over to the closest drugstore and buy vitamins, however, there can be nothing better than natural remedies, which have been uses for centuries.
RASPBERRY
Rasberry infusion stimulates appetite. Method of preparation is simple: pour 4 tbsp. of fruit with 2 cups of hot boiled water and infuse for a few hours. Take ½ cup of this infusion (pre-heated before) 4 times a day.
CELERY
Celery juice also helps to increase appetite. You can use the infusion of fresh celery root, instead of juice. Drink 1-2 tsp. of juice, half an hour before meals, 2 times a day.
BIDENS
Prepare bidens infusion: pour 2 tbsp. of herb with 2 cups of boiled water and infuse for 30 minutes. Strain and take 1 tbsp. or tsp. (depending on age), 4 times a day.
DANDELION
Infusion of dandelion roots helps to restore appetite and improve digestion. Pour 2 tsp. of minced root with 1 cup of pre-cooled boiled water and infuse for 8 hours. Drink ¼ cup before meals 4 times a day.
WORMWOOD
Wormwood infusion also increases appetite. Pour 1 tsp. of dried and chopped herbs with 1 cup of boiling water and infuse for half an hour. Take 1 tbsp. 20 minutes before meals, 3 times a day.
